Lovely chromolitho postcard size trade card published by Les Grands Magasins aux Galeries Lafayette. The reverse has a printed view of the shops and text relating to the Turin Exhibition of 1911. The front shows scenes from ' 20000 Leagues Under the Sea ' and ' Mysterious Island '. together with an inset of the novelsit in the centre. Postally used in 1905 in Germany. Real photo postcard. Minor edge and tip wear. Quite good overall.

Postally used in 1908 and published by Matthews & mullins in their 'Authors Past and Present series of Postacrds'. The card has an inset portrait and a facsimile signature, and cleverly interlinks the titles of his works in a short narrative. A little creasing at tips and some light marks, but OK overall. Quite hard to find.
